I am taking pregnacare preconception from 10 march 2024 today 8 April my period is like 19 days late while negative pregnancy test what to do guys any idea?

Make an appointment with your gp.

Tell them your trying to conceive. Periods late for more than 2 weeks.

They'll send you for blood test to check pregnancy.

If its negative tell them to refer you to gynecology hospital investigation for infertility xxx

when I took pregnancare it delayed my periods it might be worth try a different brand maybe. I stopped taking them and periods went back to normal. I then started taking them again and the same it delayed periods. For me I persisted taking them and after I think about 4 months I had some normality back in my periods. This was a few years ago so maybe worth seeing your GP x

I've heard lots of comments of periods being delayed being on these, I've been taken them and had no problems, definitely check with your doctor
