Wondering what's everyone's diet like in 2ww? I keep hearing different opinions. My clinic advocates balanced diet. My acupuncturist recommends high protein.

Wondering what's everyone's diet like in 2ww? I keep hearing different opinions. My clinic advocates balanced diet. My acupuncturist recommends high protein.

I aimed to eat high protein, reasonable carbs and low sugar in my 2ww, with odd treats to keep me going! I think as long as you are eating reasonably healthy fresh food, you’re all good. It’s all about balance. Good luck x
As1st post says good healthy diet - focus on whole grains [ brown rice etc] lean protein - veg & fruit [ green leafy veg and colourful fruit ] and low -fat dairy produce Try reducing processed foods and drink plenty of fluids Remember to take any meds you have been given as directed

Include plenty of lean protein like chicken, fish, tofu, and beans, along with lots of fruits and veggies for essential vitamins and minerals. Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa, and oats to keep your energy levels stable. Drink plenty of water. Good luck. x
