Vaginal Probiotics - IVF - When to take?

Just wondering if anyone would have any advice about when to start taking vaginal probiotics. My clinic have said nothing about it, but research seems to suggest it is a good idea? I just got my prostap injection (down-regulation) on Tuesday 5th March. I would hopefully start taking ovaleap on 19th March to start stimulating my ovaries. I was hoping to start taking the vaginal probiotics after I (hopefully) finish my next period, so before the 19th March. Is this an ok time to do it? I didn’t realise it should be something I am doing until recently! This is my first cycle and I want to try to do everything thing I can to increase our chances, especially as we are paying for it! I am also about to start gut probiotics tomorrow. I am already on a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, caffeine free, alcohol free, low carb diet, high protein diet and drinking beetroot juice and pomegranate juice daily. Any advice would be great! Thank you 😊

I used them every day so that I finished them the day before my FET.

You should be fine to start them as soon as your period finishes. Canesflor comes in a course, where you take a set number every day then a few once a week. Depending on when you have your transfer, you may have to take the weekly ones in a shorter period of time, just so you have finished one course. I even took them post transfer every other day. I am 34 wks today. Good luck x
