Probiotics

I recently saw a post from a fertility coach about the gut micro biome and how it can impact fertility and our hormones. Whilst I don’t think there is anything wrong with me hormonally I do think I could improve my gut health and wondered if anyone on here had been recommended any probiotics or knows anything about them? X

My consultant recommends Symprove but I prefer taking Biokult. Both are probiotics for the gut x x

I will try this biokult. I already bought from somewhere else but only 1 months worth but I will try both out

I can recommend BioGaia - not cheap but excellent. I also took vaginal probiotics in the run up to my successful FET, which were recommended by my clinic - Canesfloor. Good luck!

Hi -jumping on this although I see it’s from a few weeks ago. Hope you’re still here 😁 When did you start taking the vaginal probiotics and when did you stop? Was this guidance by your clinic or from own research?

Hi! Still here The guidance on the vaginal probiotics was from my clinic, two weeks before the FET, a full 14-day course in the run up to it. The general probiotic was from my own research. Good luck!
