optibac probiotics?

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has taken these and had good/bad results?

I thought it was harmless to take and might help but I thought I saw a post recently saying it may change your microbiome (not sure what that is) and cause issues 🤷🏼‍♀️.

hi Daisy,

I’m taking them, as my understanding was they’re good for the microbiome - I’ve certainly not been advised to stop

yes it was one of the first infertility appointments we had and told to seek out a high dose, so plumped for optibac after research.

I think Optibac do one focused on vaginal health.

I had optibac pregnancy before, during and after this FET and had a BFP. Currently 7 weeks and waiting for viability scan next week 😊

Those who do take Obtibac, is there much difference between that and bio-kult probiotic?

I started taking Optibac alongside a few other supplements around a months ago after seeing an excellent fertility nutritionist. I also took Bio.me Femme as well as some gut probiotics. I’m now on day 7 post transfer and did a home pregnancy test. Is it just me or is there an actual line here??! My previous transfer failed so I daren’t believe it!
