Hi everyone,I'll explain our situation first. We were originally diagnosed with unexplained fertility but further tests found two medium sized endometriomas on one of my ovaries and a bit of a low amh as a result of these. My husband thankfully has no issues. We did a fresh transfer in 2020 which resulted in our amazing daughter but nothing to freeze. In 2023 we did another egg collection which resulted in one blastocyst which unfortunately didn't stick around. Our third round yielded better results with two early blasts being put back (BFN today) and a 5BB for the freezer. I'm hoping to start fet after Easter but not sure if there's anything I can do testing wise to try and improve our chances? I need to lose some weight so that's my focus for the next 6-8 weeks but any advice would be really appreciated
Thanks

Heya, I did in my first round actually. I was struggling having to juggle childcare with just the IVF appointments but I'll contact her and get it booked again as I found it really beneficial and hopefully an fet is more straightforward - never done one before! Thanks for helping me xx
