Hello, I experienced this and read that the pessaries I was using twice a day can cause it. It's so hard not to overthink every single feeling isn't it! Good luck x

It's probably too early for it to be morning sickness type nausea but you never know if it implanted very early and started producing HCG in large quantities (but that would show on a test). The meds can definitely do this too - sickness and bad stomach. Equally I've had food poisoning(!) between collection and transfer and the clinic didn't seem too concerned - I doubt it would affect implantation directly unless it was a bad bug/infection that made you very unwell.
