Hi,
Looking for any healthy tips or advice when preparing for my next FET. Advised by the clinic it’ll be a natural FET with progesterone support 2/3 days prior to transfer (cyclogest vaginal pessaries).
We’ve had two chemical pregnancies and we are moving onto our third cycle this month. We are naturally extremely anxious and we’re having to fund our treatment which does add a lot of pressure- it’s been an extremely expensive journey so far.
Does anybody have any tips, advice, eating habits or mediation advice for us for this cycle?
I’m following my clinics advice on a lot of things but really don’t want to miss out on anything important.
I just want to feel like we’ve given this our bestest shot. My biggest fear is that if we have another chemical my clinic will then likely advise me to have lots of tests to check my environment is suitable to accept the embryo, which will obviously be necessary. But I think that’ll be hard news to face if it isn’t.
For some reason, the answer of ‘you’ve just been unlucky’ seems an easier pill to swallow right now.
Thanks in advance!
