I'm currently on cycle 16 of TTC this month iv added vitamins such as omega 3, conception vitamins, vitamin d and eating more green veggies and healthy fats etc. Previously I was calorie deficit barely eating green veggies and didn't eat healthy fats such as yogurt or cheese etc. Anything else I could try. Im currently 10 dpo and feel like my period is coming which sucks. I know vitamins take time to get into your system properly to do what's it's suppose to so not expecting much from the first month but does anyone else have any other tips that helped them after so long. I have 2 children 4 and 5 so I have had kids before. And been referred to gynecology buts it's taking a while and my partner's sperm has been tested and came back normal. Sorry for the long post. Just hard after so long

Hi! In addition to vitamins, I also took oral and vaginal probiotics and ate Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts. Pomegranate juice too to help with the lining. Very best of luck!
