letrozole pcos success?

Hi all we have decided to put ivf on hold for a little bit and deciding to give my body a chance at letrozole . I have pcos normal weight , good amh tubes open every thing ok . Husband sperm ok too .

The consultant said there is no reason as to why it should not work considering all conditions are ok , i know we have the samd chance as every other couple concieving naturally each month . On the basis i ovulate on the letrozole .

How long did it take you to get pregnant on letrozole ? Does this treatment actually work? Did you get pregnant? .

Hi there, hope you're doing OK as can be in this situation.I'm in a similar situation, diagnosed pcos last year, amh fine, weight fine, husbands sperm on the low side but has improved greatly (lifestyle changes and supplements seem to have worked)

Took clomid for one month but my lining was too thin. So moved to letrozole. Two months in and nothing yet 😞 I have heard lots of success stories with letrozole so crossing everything for you. It just hasn't worked for me and u don't think they're going to let me try another cycle. I'm waiting on possibly laparoscopy to check everything internally x
