4th journey day 1!

So I feel like I’m really starting my 4th transfer journey today.

I’ve had confirmation from the clinic that I had 10 eggs collected (donor but they are technically MY eggs!), 9 suitable to fertilize, and now have 7 little embryos! Waiting to find out how many made it to blastocyst.

Started progesterone (already on oestrogen) yesterday and have various tests (annual ones) and progesterone bloods at the clinic today.

Scheduled all being well, for fresh transfer on Monday ☺️. Joined this forum since my last failed transfer a couple of months ago, and excited to share my journey with people who REALLY understand, cause let’s face it, family and friends are great, but unless you’ve been through it you just can’t really “get it”.

Did I heck! They said ok. Then took more blood, but when I asked them to confirm what they had actually done it was just one of several that I needed!! Had them done at the clinic in Spain today. X

Good luck. It’s a big decision to switch to donor eggs but I never regretted it. Fingers crossed for you that it’s 7 out of 7 but that no. 1 does the job!

Due to my age I didn’t find it that hard, I just saw it as a way to be more likely I’ll get what I want. That’s maybe my rebellious I’ll do what I want side finally being a positive 😅

That’s very true. I’m using the numbers anticipation to distract me from the desperate wish for it to be 4th time lucky. 🍀 X

6 out of 7 so far! 3x AA and 3x AB plus 1 pending! 1 fresh AA now hopefully burying its way in x
