Any IVF success stories with own eggs at 45years?

Hi all,

I am thinking of doing my last ever cycle, I'm 45 years and low AMH. I already have a son through IVF (3yrs) but seeing as this may be my last chance I was wondering if anyone has had any success? I have been told that it has a chance of 2% success. Am I crazy to try again? I really dont have the funds either so that is more borrowing. I dont want to go down the donor egg route tbh. Help!! and thank you

A friend of a friend had her second IVF baby at 46! (Got pregnant at 45). There’s always a chance that she used a donor and didn’t tell anyone - but as far as I know it was her own eggs 💪💫

if you feel this will be your last chance then I’d say go for it so there are no what ifs or regrets. Can’t comment on the financial side so you’ll need to consider this factor. Wishing you all the best xx
