New protocol

Hi my beautiful ladies

As some of you know I just had my 3rd FET that ended in a BFN. I said that I don't know if I'll do another egg retrieval ( that would be number 4 ) after a hard year but my doctor called me a few days ago and told me the next plan with a massive change for me. He told me about a STEP DOWN Protocol. I never heard of it. Mostly it's like a short one but from day 1-4 I'm gonna take 150 of Menopur and from day 6 I lower it to 112,5. I had OHSS with 2 of my egg retrievals and I think my doctor wants me to have a fresh transfer, never had one. Only FETs.

I never took Menopur. Only Ovaleap that helped me have 2 embryos and Gonal F that made me feel very bad, sore and my body didn't respond well to it. So do you know anything about Menopur being better?

If any of you heard about this, I'm happy to read your stories.

The doctor has taken into account your past history and how you have responded to previous protocol, and this has resulted in this new one. Each person having treatment is entirely different and hopefully you will get a good result from these changes Just take the changes a step at a time - if unsure remember to ask questions
