I’m preparing for embryo transfer and wanted to get an endometriosis and fibroid surgery first. Does anyone have advice on this? Should it be done at all? They will do three small incisions for the laparoscopy for endometriosis and take out the fibroid vaginally. Could any of this healing impact embryo transfer?

I can not talk about laparoscopy but I have had a myomectomy … I was told to start trying after 3 to 5 months. I was told sometimes fibroids come back and that I was supposed to try as soon as possible after the operation healed. I tried and and it was successful and carried twins although they were preterm.
