I had my scan today at my ivf clinic & saw a heartbeat, measuring 6+5 so bob on. Feeling so relieved but scared too. Been discharged now & rang a midwife to have an appointment in a couple of weeks. Doesn’t seem real & i am not being as emotional as I thought I would be it’s weird. I am still spotting here & there & started taking cyclogest rectally but it’s giving me diarrhoea so I might have to change to front now which is annoying as preferred rental a lot easier. Never thought I would get here & still quite anxious but hoping to feel better once I’m 12 weeks 🤞🏻❤️

Totally get it …. I’m a worrier too .If it makes you feel better then do it . On my last bfp ( ended in miscarriage ) I went for an early scan at 6 weeks to try and put my mind at rest . Xx

How exciting ☺️ I don’t know if it did anything but every morning for a week after transfer I ate a handful of Brazil nuts & a ring of fresh pineapple with a shot of pom juice haha xxx

Congratulations 🎊. I am in the same position scan and discharged yesterday filled in form for midwife and now have to wait 2 weeks for a response to arrange first appointment. Just want to get to 12 weeks asap so I can relax. X

Hi , congratulations... I have 1 question? Discharge means hosp will not follow up? Then wht about medication we need to take up to 12 week right? I am 10 week pregnant but m not discharged yet...i m thankful to my doctor she replying to my each query. Now last week reduced medications and she told next week she will reduce more... actually i bleed at 7 week found subcloronic hematoma...so following every week with scan report.

I have been discharged from the ivf clinic so now I just have to wait for a midwife appointment which I will know in around 2 weeks. I am still taking medication up until 12 weeks 😊 oh really I’m so glad everything is ok ❤️ xxx

For me, keeping busy is the best way of dealing with the wait. I don't have any worrying symptoms now, and my pregnancy symptoms are fluctuating but I'm trying to enjoy what I have. I will panick on the scan day though 😂
