Good hcg, low progesterone on 12dp5dt. Anyone has ever experienced ?

Hi,

I had my test done today and got positive with hcg 335 ! ( 12dp5dt)

I have tested also progesterone and estrogene levels since I had miscarried history ( 2 chemical actually ) and my progesterone was 9.2. I am on injections twice a day 25ml (progesterone dex) since our frozen transfer.

Is this progesterone mean any risk for this pregnancy ?

Anyone has ever experienced good hcg and low progesterone ?

I have another test in 2 days, but trying to calm myself 😞

Hi.Your progesterone level sounds super low, but it can be measured in different ways (different units) so maybe that's why.

If you're doing injections it should be fine as it goes straight into your body so not as unpredictable as pessaries.

If I were you, I'd contact your clinic and check with them

Not sure about the unit but I contacted my clinic they told me to continue on injections 2 times a day. I had other 2 pregnancies where my progesterone was 20 something in my first one and 10 in the second oneboth ended in MC. So not sure what to think 😔 thank you for your reply 😊💐

Yeah maybe. I will wait for tomorrow’s blood work result and if that is ok, I will insist on more progesterone support. 🙄

Does sound low.. I would push for more progesterone. Maybe they could add on cylogest too? I was on both ❤️💫 hope all continues to go well for you xxx

Thank you 🙏🏻 I will see tomorrow’s result and ask my doctor to add more in case. They are not willing to add any more injection now but maybe someone else.

Were you on pessaries and injection together ? What was the dosage ?

Yes I was on one Lubion injection a day and 3 cylogest. They then increased my Lubion to 2 times a day as i was bleeding early on. ❤️ i really think progesterone is important as my ladt try ended in chemical and my progesterone was low. Xxx

Tomorrow I have an other blood work for hcg. and progesterone 🙏🏻 Hopefully I will see better numbers, it is just scary that progesterone is so low. I can’t stop panicking about it. 😔

Seems like they are the same but different brands. Were you on pessaries and injection ?

I don't know that brand, but looks like the same size dose.I didn't do pessaries, just 2x injections a day.I had pessaries before but they just didn't absorb in my body!

Always felt safer knowing with a jab I was getting a good amount!

I see. I am kind a surprise that injection is not enough by itself for me or maybe it is early and it will rise and I am panicking for nothing. Idk anymore…! Thank you so much for sharing by the way. 🙏🏻
