Looks like that’s it over this time. But advise needed…anyone ever had a low beta as low as mine that progressed?

Hi girls

Well my beta is only 19. Been advised to do urine tests and continue meds until they read negative. My consultant said there is only a slim chance that they’ll go up.

The digital tests were reading pregnant do I continue these? So confused now.

Update. I’ve said I’ll test until Thursday. If still positive I’d like another beta why carry this on do so long unnecessarily 😭😭

Has anyone ever had a beta this low that progressed??

Oh no! I am so sorry! If I were you I would do a digital maybe tomorrow? If you have some at home? I think their sensitivity is higher than something like a FRER and as you have done one digital at least you can compare?

Thank you. I’ve said I’ll do digital tests until Thursday. If still positive I’d like a beta test done. I don’t think there’s any chance with a low level like that but somewhere when there’s a chance there’s a chance right x

I’m so sorry. My HCG was low but at 31, and it was an utterly miserable period for me waiting to see if it picked up. I had to stop repeating HPTs as I couldn’t cope and instead did betas. In my case it did, but it was a traumatic start. Sending you a huge hug - it’s like having your heart broken in slow motion. so be kind to yourself.

I think the sensitivity on the clearblue digital tests is 10 so if your hcg isn’t progressing then I would expect it to be negative on Thursday. I’m so sorry lovely. I’m holding on to some hope it’s just a late implanter for you xx
