One fresh transfer success stories (with none being able to be frozen)
Yes. Iโm 17 weeks pregnant after our first round and first transfer. Iโm 39 and we had male factor. 14 eggs collected = 1 blastocyst. Our others didnโt catch up. It can happen x
Me! I had just 3 eggs collected and only one fertilised. We did a 3 day transfer and I'm now 9.5 weeks pregnant. It only takes one !
Me too! Second round one good blasto (not top grade) and another sort of ok-ish one but not good enough to freeze. Both transferred and one took, who knows which one. Iโm now 35+2 ๐ Good luck Thea! X
Hi Thea114,I had 7 mature eggs collected, 5 fertilised and given the option to transfer two 5 day embryos on the first attempt, as they were developing slowing. The other 3 embryos were given a chance to develop for another day but failed to, so I had nothing to freeze.
I thought the transfer did not work, but to my surprise on test day I got a BFP. I am now 24 weeks 4 days pregnant with twins.
Wishing you all the best and sending loads of baby dust your way. X
