Does anyone have any success stories with AB grades or day 6 blastocyst transfers ?Is there higher chances of pregnancy by using embryo glue? Been trying for baby for last 14 years. I had 4 failed FET in the past. Any suggestions would be great please.

Hey just be careful as clinics all grade embryos differently. For example in my clinic a 5AB would be a really top embryo and a 3AB would be 'average'. FWIW I have seen loads of people get pregnant with really poor quality embryos where top quality had failed. Its only a point in time grading which varies place to place so I wouldn't get too hung up on it. Heaps of luck x

On which day? 3ab is normal for day 5, slow growing for day 6

My 5AB day 6 unfortunately ended in chemical pregnancy. My 5BB and 5BC both day 6 PGS tested embryos are now my twins that are kicking in my belly. Gradings are just numbers, don't even pay much attention to that. If your embryos are having all the chromosomes than you have a real change to succes. I am really sorry that you had 4 failed cycles. Take care 🤞♥️😃

Agreed. My AA’s didn’t stick but yet my two AB’s are now the twins in my tummy at 18 weeks. If they are strong they will stick. Def good to use glue though. That’s standard at my clinic. Also I would investigate the Colorado protocol - you can google it.

Out of my 30 eggs, I only had one embryo to transfer. She is a 6 day 5BC and I'm currently at 32 weeks so I'd say as long as the clinic are happy to transfer, then try to stay positive. She was also PGS tested and came back with low level mosaic Trisomy X but she fixed herself and all tests since show no signs of the extra X chromosome.
