Hi ladies. Just had my first round of IVF. Was delighted to get 6 eggs given my age but only 4 were mature and fertilised. 2 were abnormal and only 1 survived. The embryologist said it was a good quality embryo. Anyone have success with a 3 day transfer? Did you test early, if so when?

Day 3 transfer with good quality embryo
Haven’t got experience with a day 3 transfer, my clinic didn’t do them.
My advice is don’t be tempted to test early, you could cause yourself a whole lot of heartache for nothing, test on the day your clinics told you to
Good luck
Try not to worry yourself too much I did a 3 day transfer in 2018 at age 39 I got pregnant I tested on day 9 with early morning pee I now have a 2 and half year old daughter she was my 6th transfer I
Wishing you luck! Some people test pretty much from the start 😂 but if you can wait, I'd wait till OTD. I did that on my first transfer and will do it this time too (OTD Wednesday... that's a busy hectic day at work so if I get a BFN that's really gonna be a tough one 😔 Considered doing it Tuesday instead, but will probably wait for Wed which will be 11dp5dt ). xx
Good luck for for your 3 day transfer. I had a 3 day transfer of an average embryo back in Jan. I only got 2 eggs that round and only one fertilised normally. Am currently 23 weeks pregnant. I actually tested one day after OTD as I had very low hopes and also mixed up the days. Xx
Aww amazing! Congratulations. Fingers crossed xx
