SENSITIVE POST geriatric mum finally has her rainbow baby!

Well Amelia decided to enter the world earlier than planned so I was able to say that I was 42 when I had her, 6 days before my 43rd birthday, still a geriatric mum though 🙈

I know this post will cause comfort for some knowing that age is only a number and for others that little stab in the heart that someone else has managed to have a baby and I haven’t yet, especially if u are younger than me!

This group has kept me going through lots of ups and downs over the last few years and all the success stories gave me a little bit more hope that my time would come.

Ladies try not to lose hope, my age was against me and we only had 1 egg that made it but look what it produced 🥰

Hi ya. We were under Care fertility in Chester. They don’t have the best rates for over 40 but we were one of the lucky ones!
