It's been longtime I didn't posted anything.hope everyone is being safe. I had my mc with meds on aug 2.i got scan done on aug 30 which showed mc was finished. This mc had made me think about myself so right after I finished my mc I'm trying to loose weight before I go for IVF again. I'm 5.7" and was 72 when I had mc i gained 4 kilos after my FET... I don't have fat in any all areas of body but all I have is belly fat I'm focusing more on reducing it. I think the belly fat is messing with my thyroid, diabetes. Currently I'm serious n it's my decision to resume IVF until Jan 2021.my husband is also very serious on it.
I got my period on sep 13 but the bleeding is very light n continued for a month until Oct 14. Then I got my actual period on Oct 31 n ended normal for 5 days. My appointment with fertility specialist was ok n I'm ready to go for next cycle but thinking about po revious MC's I'm not ready to go through one more since my body is not ready. I'm 69kgs now need to loose at least 10-15kgs that's what I weighed when I started IVF back in January..... currently I'm burning 400-450 cal a day and I'm having regular cycles which I never had before.
I'm not skipping single day n doing my thread mill daily. I'm sweating alot n that making me strong day by day. My skin feels good n excess hair also thinning.... Please share any weight loss stories....

Hi! I am of the same height and weighed about 87kg when I started my IVF. Between my first consultation and first failed cycle in March, I lost about 7kg in 5 months. Then, I rested for three months and continued my workouts etc and lost another 7kg between March and June. I started my second IVF cycle in June and I'm now 4 months pregnant.
I felt good when I managed to reduce my weight to 72kg. I am not sure if losing weight helped with the IVF, but for sure it made me feel much energetic.
I did a 100-day HIIT (20min each day) in addition to 2 personal weight training sessions per week. Also, tried my best to skip dinner but no other dietary restrictions.
Thanks for the strength...congrats n Gud luck will b praying for U...
Hi love. So nice to see a post from you. Hope you are well. I read alot around girls losing weight when going gluten free. Im not completely gluten free but try to restrict it a bit. Im doing it reduce my thyroid anti bodies but heard it helps with weight loss. Also using inositol powder for my hotdrinks instead of sugar or sweetner. Also heard good things for thyroid and weight. Xx
