Ethanol sclerotherapy for endometriomas

Hi all,

Since removing endometriomas via surgery damages ovarian reserve. I saw a procedure where the cyst is drained then injected with either ethanol or tetracycline. This causes the cyst to dissolve on its own after 6-8 weeks with apparently no damage to the ovary. Has anyone had this done?
