I attend a gym and after my weights class there is a new class similar to yoga, named mobility and stretch. First time going today, willing to give anything a chance this time. Has anyone else tried yoga or similar?

Don't know if it'll help with fertility but it'll help you feel relaxed and that's never a bad thing. I used to go to a stretching class at my gym and I always felt great afterwards xxx
