So tomorrow I’m back to work after 3 weeks off after FET. Whilst at times I’ve been ready for routine and normality to resume, I’m not sure I’m now ready for my bubble to burst. I’m not looking fwd to early mornings again and commuting on the tube.. along with all this blooming Coronavirus malarkey.
Still hopefully it will pass time 11 days till viabiltity scan and counting! Xx
You can do it! It's always hard to go back after time off. Even if it was 3 weeks off for a holiday (which it obviously definitely wasn't), it would be a bit difficult to go back! Can understand not looking forward to it, but remember why you go (enjoy people giving you money to live every month, a fulfilling career, want the maternity leave!). My thoughts are always to just go and if it gets too much or if I become ill, then I can always come home or take days off in the future. Actually, I would look to when I can next book a day or two off as my first task when I get back in (after the emails and catching up with people, of course). xxx
Hi amandac. Oh dear! I'm sure you will be fine. You will be so assured when you get to meet your little one on your scan. Get yourself a handbag size hand sanitiser, so you can use it before eating at work or in a restaurant. That should help when you can't get to wash your hands. Good luck! Diane
