Advice on DHEA and COQ10 ubiquinol

Hi everyone,

I am in need of some advice on continuing with DHEA and COQ10 ubiquinol.

I am due to start taking Norethisterone on Tuesday this week, with injections starting on the 18th. When is it best to stop taking DHEA and COQ10?

I am also taking Folic Acid (obviously) Vit B, D and E, Omega 3, zinc and magnesium citrate. Are all these supplements quite safe to continue with or should I stop them all and just continue with Folic Acid? Or is it best to ring the clinic and ask them?

This is my second round of ICSI. My first one failed at the end of July 2019. I had low AMH and I only produced 2 eggs upon egg collection, neither of which fertilised. 😔😔

Hi there, I took both DHEA and Coq10 until the day of trigger shot so 2 days before egg collection. I was also taking other supplements like a pregnacare folic acid multi vit, I kept taking those right through to my test day which thankfully was positive , but check with your clinic but I don't see any harm as if u were pregnant after egg transfer I would want to b on folic acid anyway xx
