Acupuncture?

Has anyone done acupuncture to increase ovarian reserve/increase follicles? if so how successful was it.

Hi, I didn’t do it on my first cycle but it was suggested by others who did. I had acupuncture on our second cycle and now at week 14 after BFP. I think it helped me with recovering quicker from ET. I was in soo much pain and had bad swelling both times but the second time was much better even though the egg quality wasn’t as high as my first round 😳. I just thought if it didn’t work out at least I knew I did everything I could. Do what you feel is comfortable for you. I did sessions before EC, between ET and one after. Hi, even when I did some acupuncture sessions I was told it wasn't about increasing the amount of follicles, more improving the conditions for growing them. If you have issues (I didn't, I'm just over 40) then it can clear that and thus improve growth but if you haven't much wrong with you then it it can't make you have more eggs than you were already born with
