Auto antibody +2nd FET +long DOWNREG

Finally we had an appointment to see our consultant after only one embryo came back normal. He has advised us to have a new protocol for the next cycle. I had a few blood test done at the clinic for thyroid function and auto antibody profile. The thyroid function came back okay but the auto Ab profile picked up that I have antinuclear Antibodies which suggest that I have an abnormal immune response. The new protocol will consist of blood thinning injections as well as a low dose of steroids . I’ve just wanted to know if anyone else has gone for anything similar and if there’s any advice that anyone can give me. Feeling that this is the last embryo I have I feel like it’s my last chance as well as financially this has been really quite hard-hitting .

Ive had blood thinner with most of my transfers and on my last two transfers we introduced steriods (prednisolone) and I have gotten a BFP on both. We sadly lost the first pregnancy and very early stages of a BFP this time but I do beleive it has helped me as all my other cycles have been BFN! Definitely worth a shot!xx
