Melatonin

Hi, has anyone taken Melatonin during stims? My acupuncturist has recommended it and the articles I’ve read make sense but just wondered if anyone else has had experience of if it. Thanks xx

I tried it after the book It starts with the Egg, and slept my worst ever! Not sure why! After 3 nights I stopped it xx

That’s strange you didn’t sleep when its meant to do the opposite! I don’t sleep well on my cycle so hoped it would help with that as well as the eggs. Guess I can just stop it like you did if I needed to xx

Yes it’s worth a try! Have you started stims yet? Perhaps you could try it before cycle to see xx

I’m down regulating so starting next week hopefully. So no time to test it really but otherwise a good idea. Thanks xx

I tried it with one round and it lengthened my cycle. I got a negative result and I didn't try again. I did sleep well though! Sorry, I don't have more useful feedback.xx
