Am I right in saying that if my AF came today around 5pm that I would class tomorrow as day 1 of my cycle?

And also which my FET is it ok if I do one of my infections an hour earlier than the rest as my partner isn’t around one morning?

I got told by my clinic that I could only class as Day 1 if my period came before 11am

No Hun that’s day 0. If it comes before say 2pm or so can be classed as day one
