Lining

Any one have experience not being able to get their lining thick. I've had two cancelled FET this year as lining won't get above 6.8 and I'm on an insane high dose of estrogen. Also eating high protein diet and acupuncture weeekly. So any advice would be amazing. X

I had this on round 3, my lining kept on shrinking and ET had to be cancelled. I was prescribed Viagra and aspirin to improve blood supply and my lining was then deemed thick enough but it didn't get up to the preferred 8mm. It wasn't an issue on previous rounds plus my body was absorbing all the hormones.

I have this issue every month while trying to ttc naturally but with IVF I had a really good lining. I had researched what I could take to help promote blood flow to the uterus before we started our IVF journey hoping I could correct it myself. Try a spot of Googling; particularly looking into baby aspirin, L'Arginine and beetroot x
