Need some advice

So my clinic have sent me consent forms to agree to them moving our embryo. But however after reading it. They are saying we have requested this to happen when we have not. And so are not signing it. But is the correct way to go about getting them to say they have said its what's there doing. Don't know what to do.

I'm not sure what they are trying to achieve, but might be worth calling the clinic and ask to speak with the unit manager or charge nurse?

Hello. Sorry I have not explained myself very well. They are basically having a lab refurb and so can't hold my embryo there and so they are moving it there satellite clinic. But the consent forms they have sent me state the we have requested this to happen but we have not. And that they won't take any responsibility for it. We are speaking to someone tommrow. Xx

It might be a standard form. Ring the clinic to check they might not be allowed to make the request as it's your embryo.I imagine the rules for this are strict.
