Hot water bottle fear!!!!

I have been using a hot water bottle the two nights , and now I just read that it's not a good idea ?? But no reason why it was just a comment someone had put on someone else's wall. Now I'm worried sick!

If it were really important your IVF clinic will have made that very clear and they obviously have not. You only did it for 2 days, and you have to just think that alot of women that achieve a natural pregnancy won't know for many weeks, and they'd do alot of things not ideal for pregnancy, not realising and the pregnancy stays. So I don't think 2 days of a hot water bottle will have much impact - so try not to worry. xx

Hi Belle-7. I “echo” what “Yellow Rose” has just said! Try not to worry, but make sure if you use a bottle again to make sure it is covered, or wrap a towel around it, to give you gentle warmth. Diane
