Is it ok to go abroard if your 5-6weeks pregnant we have a holiday booked for July

I'm off on holiday this weekend and I'll be 6 weeks then. The nurse at the clinic didn't say I shouldn't go but said it would be a nice break and to take out travel insurance. I'm having a private scan day before we fly put though just to make sure everything is ok and then I've not another scan booked on my return.
