At first greeting to everyone. I'm having various problems with my liver for 20 years. like, unable to eat sufficiently, currently having shoulder pain & tight liver area. I'm concerned about my platelet. last 2 years platelet level gradually decreased but within range. Most of the time triglycerides higher than the normal range. (Now 350). anyone, suggest would be appreciated. regards.

Are you eating right? When I don't eat right I feel much worst, but still I have to have the sugar once in a while, or something I should not have and then I feel bad. Your liver oversees over 500 parts of your body, so treat it right.

If you have a known liver issue and declining platelets it would be a good idea to get a liver stiffness test with Firbroscan or MRE. Low platelets are a common result of NASH, scarring of the liver, and that can lead to serious problems. It is a subject for a liver specialist as diagnosis can be complex.
