Great news! I got results from my bloodwork today. My liver enzymes were normal! 25 and 20! First time in years! I am so excited! My A1C was 6.0 and I have lost 32 lbs. now I’m hoping my fibrosis level of F4 reduces; I get it checked in 4 or 5 months .

That’s great news! Is F4 mean cirrhosis? Forgive me I’m not so clear on fibroscans. They seem so tricky
All I was told the one and only time that I saw the NP at the gastroenterology office was that while I have a fibrosis level of F4, and I do have some scarring and hardening, I do not have active cirrhosis . So I completely changed my diet and continued exercising and I will still continue to do this. I can go nowhere but up!!!!
