Help, I need to slow down weight loss

At first I had no idea what I could eat and not eat. I lived mostly off from vegies, salads, chicken, fish and fruits. I had read 1 to 3 pounds per week which I had pretty much done 3. My loss stabilized at 13 pounds lost and I wanted to stay at a 2 pound loss weekly. I started eating what I thought was more following the foundation suggestions. I ride my stationary bike daily 5 miles moderately fast 30 minutes then every other day I throw in another 5 miles to get the 10,000 steps. I really don't have much of an appetite, which is strange for me usually I eat when stressed but this is a different level. Plus I do the olive oil which has calories. I need some suggestions, scales this morning and I lost 4 pounds more. It worries me since losing too fast can be detrimental. Thanks

The first question is whether that continues. It could be routine fluctuation from hydration levels or bowel load for example but if it persists it would b smart to talk to your doc if you are eating a reasonable volume and ask about things that might affect your bowels absorption capacity.
