After about two weeks of healthy eating my Alt went from 117 to31 and my AST from 121 to30. which is well in range what does this mean, and I guess I still have a fatty Liver . Thanks for any reply's.

That is good news but it means you are reducing the inflammation in the liver. It likely took years to develop and there is noting that will fix that in just a couple of weeks. Keep it up and you should have good progress in 2 to 6 months but for many of us who have been successful it was more like a year or two. You have to be patient and consistent with this disease.

For a healthy body and a healthy mind you should do regular exercise and follow a diet. Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products. Includes a variety of protein foods such as seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, legumes (beans and peas), soy products, nuts and seeds.
