I have not tried an olive oil supplement because I find it easy to get the olive oil in my diet. I follow the recommendation of Nash2: 60 ml, that's 1/4 cup, a day of extra virgin olive oil

I use the olive oil for cooking and on salads and if I haven’t used 1/4 cup in that way, I just drink it straight

F2-F3 here. Personally, i wouldn't take a pill for that. Just incorporate it into your diet. Cooking, dressing or a shot! 😆 (If you use it for cooking, keep it on low/med heat because of the smoke point)

I use extra virgin olive oil/non-blended/single sourced/from dark bottles.

Buyer beware, there are "bad" olive oils out there.

Good luck on your journey, you can do it!

Hi Sophia,

I first tried extra virgin olive as a liquid supplement in January 2020. I took a quarter cup , per FLF NASH Diet recommendation on their website. It was not a pleasant experience. I tried several more times to take it with the same unpleasant experience. I stopped trying to take it and added a daily capsule supplement that contained dried olive leaf extract. Fast forward to January 2021. I realized if I wanted to have any chance of improving the health of my liver by trying to duplicate the results FLF CEO Wayne Eskridge has achieved means I have to find a way to take it once per day and everyday. Mr. Eskridge refers to the oil as medicine because he was instructed by his Doctor to do so and also take 400 mg. Vitamin E daily along with incorporating a NASH Diet plan and exercise. I have restarted taking the EVOO daily and have done so for the past ten days. What I’m doing differently this time is I take the oil midday instead of at bedtime. Which had caused upset stomach when I laid down. To mask the unpleasant taste of the olive oil I first put approx. a quarter to half a teaspoon of peppermint flavored toothpaste in my mouth using my tongue to move it around. I already have the quarter cup of EVOO mixed with bottled store bought tea that is chilled and use approx. an equal amount of tea to the amount of oil.

I then use a fork to mix the two together and immediately swallow the entire amount quickly which can be done by tilting your head back and pouring quickly all in one motion. I then take a second equal portion of the peppermint toothpaste and swish it around my mouth. This all sounds crazy I know, but it actually works for me. I believe this is the single most important thing Mr. Eskridge has been doing since 2015 that has resulted in his dramatically improving the health of his liver as evidenced by his test results over time. Check out his personal results and see his chart showing the progress he has made that is available for viewing on the FLF website. Hope this helps you and other members of our community.

Best Wishes,

Rob

Thanks for your reply, i finally figured the best way for me to take it, I bought some cheap vitamins that have plastic capsules, I empty the capsules and put the oil in them, I measure the oil in a cup and fill each pill with the oil, really work good for me.
