The learning curve can make it very overwhelming. I still get triggers from the first year of tests, especially since I was told that I wouldn’t see Christmas. All of the advice here is solid. Of course, everyone’s experience will be different. I have used meditation and yoga to keep my busy mind calmed while making dietary changes. You’ll look back on this as the day you began to live a new life!

I’m new as well. I was just diagnosed on Friday with NASH . Let’s keep on reading these post and get the information that’s useful for our condition. Great group with lots of information. I as well have numerous conditions. Every time I have my blood drawn I always make sure I have a copy so I can compare my results. This is what prompted me to take my high liver enzymes a step further. I always question my results with my Doctor. I’ve had a Heart attack, 2 Tias, 2 Hip placements , osteoporosis and Diabetes. And now NASH.... non alcoholic. Try not to be afraid it’s like everything else follow the rules and discuss medicine interactions and vitamins with your doctors. And exercise.... I know it’s hard but if we want to live we do the best we can do...... God Bless❤️❤️😇😇
