If you are having lots of cravings for sugar you need to go cold turkey and it will help with the cravings not being as bad.

I too should stop sugar and finding it very hard. I've stopped drinking soda on a daily basis. Only a small amount on ice of ginger ale when my stomach gets upset.

But worse is my addiction to orange juice. I drink a not from concentrate brand every day.

STOP eating SUGAR.......,Carbohydrates are SUGAR........ sweets , pasta, high sugar vegetables etc..... Do not eat over 2 to 4 grams of sugar per serving size. Heal your body first before you indulge/ treat yourself. Moderation means once a week/once every two weeks etc.......Your liver needs to heal and your body needs to heal ......BUT if you are eating or taking anything that makes your liver work harder day in and day out you are further injuring it.

Sugar causes all sorts of diseases. If you stop eating sugar your over all health will improve dramatically in the first six weeks. Your medical NUMBERS will drop back to the normal range, not to mention you will lose weight in the process.

Your Doctor may or may not know this. If they do and have explained in detail the dangers of sugar then you are one of the luck people who have a nutritionists doctor. 95% of the medical field have no idea about the importance of nutrition.

Don't take my word for it. Do your research on the top three disease reducing diets. #1 Vegan #2 Keto and #3 Mediterranean Diet. These three diets can and are being combined to promote a healthy life style. You tube is a great research tool. Use it.

Dr. Kim Williams (VEGAN) Chief Cardiologists Chicago Rush University Hospital. You Tube

Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn (VEGAN) Cleveland Clinic Author Prevent and Reverse CAD You Tube

Dr. T Colin Campbell Author The China Study - Center for Nutritional Studies You Tube

Thomas DeLauer - The Keto Diet - Very Knowledgeable on what food does and doesn't do to the human body. Everything you want to know about KETO - You Tube.

Genetics load the gun but lifestyle pulls the trigger!

Lots of information now go get healthy!!!
