40 days ago my ALT was 72 AST 33

Today

ALT 64 AST 36

Lost 10 pounds/cut alcohol no that big of a drinker/ all I’ve eaten is veggies/salmon/nuts

Completely changed my life. Does anyone have the same problem where there liver enzymes are still slightly elevated?

It can take awhile for those to come down, but they do signal inflammation is still there so think about things that might be inflammatory in your diet as one thought

Good call. I cut my alcohol intake to 5 drinks a week. Forget it -going to zero drinks. Best to eliminate everything for the time being.
