Omega 3's

I understand Omega 3's are good for treating NASH. I would like to know if any of you have done any research on best brands and dosage levels? I don't mind spending money on quality supplements.

I take the juice plus omega. It works for me. I take their other products as well. I turned my fatty liver around with better eating, juice plus, turmeric, and liver digest.

Is Juice Plus the actual name? Is it available in the USA? I've never seen or heard of it.

Yes, I started to research and it’s complicated with other ingredients and levels so I thought if someone had already done the research they might share
