I'm not aware that they have a liver focus but when you look at any product you want to think about the ingredients. No matter what marketing claims are made it really is about what they make the stuff from. In general, you want to have low sugar, low salt, no hydrogenated oils, and low saturated fats. The main oil should be unsaturated. Most products like that are heavy in sugar but I don't know anything about that company.

Basically too high in fat and sugar

Personally I have used RAW Fit because it is low iron, tastes great really cold, and low sugar. BUT I only use it to replace one meal a day. Real whole food is the best way to eat. Lots of vegetables. a little fruit if combined with protein, low sugar if any. low fat. eat lean small portions of meat or plant based proteins. Eating real food is more enjoyable than a shake.
