We are not Hep C advocates but fair warning for NASH patients, our payment system is broken and we will face it too when therapies are available for our disease. The bet being made here is that folks will die before they can get a transplant avoiding both the treatment for Hep C or transplant. Cost shifting through time does mean people who could have been saved will die. Just sayin
