app not working

my app is not working. Heart rate target is 0-1😪😳

I have deleted app on Apple Watch and IPad, and reloaded. No joy. Please help

Hi there - please could you update the Resting Heart Rate on your Health tab and then restart your EXI app on your iPhone. EXI is not supported on iPad although you are welcome to use the app on your iPad to watch videos etc.
