Pregnant?!

So we decided to start trying for a baby. Having T1D, endometriosis and adenomyosis, I researched everything from surrogacy to IVF fully expecting this to be impossible for us.

This morning I decided to take a random pregnancy test (I don’t seem to have menstrual cycles presently) and OMG it was positive!

I cried and cried… when I calmed down, I went upstairs to tell my husband and cried some more!

I spent all day wondering if it was an evap line but, when I came home from work, I took another test which also came back positive!

I am fully exhausted now, too much emotion for one day .

congratulations ! That’s super news! Get yourself booked in with your doctor asap to get everything confirmed with them and let them know your medical history as you may need to be monitored more carefully with endo and adeno. Congratulations again! Great news x
