I have what I think is the return of endo/cysts after 10 + years but in the last week I'm experiencing mild bowel incontinence. I've been diagnosed with 'IBS' for around 12 years now and have had maybe one or two similar episodes previously.
I had chronic gastritis but PPI's did little and after a 4 week course it came back. Recently I was told that it's not gastritis as there is no inflammation. Endoscopy came back negative a few years ago.
I have read about bowel endo but wondered if non bowel endo can encroach on the area with pressure etc. I'm wondering if I have bowel endo too.

So feel for you and a place you share with so many on here and searching for answers amongst the shouting symptoms that assail us . It’s not easy to pinpoint amid all the alarms that our bodies throw at us. Certainly getting the medical assistance you need is really important and defining also what it isn’t as well as what it might be is essential. However they may not be able to give you a definitive answer and that’s frustrating but also territorially a place where you can have some input and control.
Endo affects many of us through the gastrointestinal system and through a variety of ways. No straightforward answer as each of us have our own triggers and pathways but there are some studied areas that can give some insight as to how , why and what’s worth exploring to support your system not to respond as it’s currently doing. Not a cure but dialling down and getting ontop of it has to be a good thing . I’ve found a lot of help but needed the support of good research to get there and if you’re not confident around nutrition then a good functional practitioner maybe useful . Try Katie Edmonds book Heal Endo as a massive resource and practical help .
