I’m just looking to hear from any of you who have had a Diagnostic Laparoscopy which hasn’t shown Endometriosis.
what happened next? Did you have further tests. Did it turn out to be something else?
I’m still waiting for my Lap but I’m so nervous they are not going to find anything. I just want to know where I could go next if it doesn’t show anything. And others experiences of this if they are happy to share.
thanks!

My first laparoscopy was done by a general gynae and I was told it was all clear and I didn't have endometriosis but I knew that there was something wrong and endo could explain all my symptoms so I went to see an endo specialist. I had my second lap a few days ago and I've (finally!!) been diagnosed with endometriosis and likely adenomyosis (via MRI). I felt the same way as you before both surgeries but especially before the second one because I was terrified I'd just convinced myself I had endo after spending years being told it was IBS and normal to have excruciating pains with my periods. I hope you get the answers you're after with your lap, but if you don't please don't lose hope. You know yourself better than any doctor. Good luck with everything, and look after yourself!
