I have no idea if this is a symptom of endo but my skin is extremely itchy and covered in acne.

Skin on fire
I've been getting frequent bouts of itchiness or urticaria. It could be either NSAIDS which I take to manage pain as it's a common side effect from them. Or it could be anxiety as that has definitely shot up for me since getting endo flares. I've not read anything about it being an endo symptom, but endo and anxiety frequently come together. Self-care, relaxation, time outdoors, activity, time with friends etc could all help. If not speak to your GP about social prescribing, CBT for anxiety or anxiety meds.
As far as I know i'm not anxious but I did used to be prone to contact determititus a skin condition maybe i'm allergic to the washing liquid. It has also been hot here as well. I need to make friends though I have forgotten how to talk to humans with the pandemic.
Look up Demodex. It is a mite that lives in your pores and hair follicles eating sebum and dead skin cells. It is a disgusting thing. My regiment includes gently scrubbing with a baking soda paste when I get home from work, then apply tea tree oil. Going to bed, I rinse with warm water and then apply .5% Ivermectin lotion (usually used for head lice). Morning involves a cleanser with salicylic acid in the shower, followed by CeraVe moisturizer with HLA. My breakouts started after 3 joint replacement surgeries where anti-rejection drugs were administered, allowing the mites to multiply. It has been 6 weeks, and my skin is back to normal. I will continue this. The baking soda exfoliates, the tea tree attacks bacteria and inflammation, the salicylic does the same and the moisturizer prevents skin damage. Ivermectin and exfoliation are the keys. Good luck.
Thank you discovered it was an allergy to the chemicals in the pool on holiday
